Recovery Effect (REC, also called Healing Effectiveness) multiplies HP and MP recovery received by a character when the recovery uses the normal healing calculation. Its normal value is 100%. It applies to eligible Skills and Rituals as well as items; Food Effect is an additional, separate item-use multiplier.
How it works
For normal item HP recovery, the amount is floor((target Max HP × percentage + flat recovery) × target Recovery Effect × item user's Food Effect); MP recovery uses Max MP in the corresponding formula. Eligible skill/item recovery effects and healing damage formulas use the recipient's Recovery Effect. Direct scripted restoration, full recovery and regeneration do not automatically use this multiplier. Separate Recovery Effect traits multiply.
Permanent changes
Character levels and Flasks of the Gods do not directly increase this rate. The equipment below applies while worn; forge changes remain on the equipment. States and consumables are listed separately with their duration.
Equipment
Only equipment that directly changes this stat or rate is listed here. Values are the item’s normal values at its named item level, before additional forge upgrades. Flat bonuses add; percentage core-stat and special-rate traits multiply. Hit, Critical, Counter and Reflect bonuses add percentage points. Click an item for its other effects and acquisition methods.
Within each slot, matching modifiers are grouped from highest to lowest. Equipment within each group is ordered by the +level in its name, lowest to highest; items without a +level come first. Flat and percentage modifiers are listed separately.

Cat’s Ingenuity also subtracts five percentage points from the enemy accuracy value used by the custom attack check. Cat’s Mystery is described as an evasion bonus, but the current attack check tests Ingenuity instead.
