According to eye witnesses, some townsfolk have been congregating by the water at night, and chanting in an unknown language. The townsfolk seen at these gatherings are said to look sickly and strange.”
“Their eyes bulging wider than normal, and their speech, strained and wet. While so-far harmless, residents are advised to stay away from the lakefront today, as many of these odd civillians have been seen wandering toward it once again. Could it be a new trend? An elaborate prank? Or just the esoteric demands of an Old God?”
