  • “You look a bit fresh... not much of a skeleton, are you?”
  • “Odd, for this place...”
  • “Nevertheless, you'll do just fine.”
  • “If you're looking to pass through to the next level, I'm afraid the way is blocked.”
  • “You see that dark pile of bones over there? Those are no ordinary bones.”
  • “Those are Hardened Bones. Bones that have had any remaining life sucked from them by the Gravemoss that grows down here.”
  • “When a skeleton dies, there is still some life trapped within their bones. The gravemoss feeds off of this remaining life force.”
  • “Once the moss drains all the life from the bones, they are left in a hard, rock-like state.”
  • “But, don't worry. There is a way through.”
  • “I'm a researcher, actually.”
  • “I came down here to study the gravemoss. I believe that it has a deep level of sentience.”
  • “But, to understand it more, I need to feed it. Only then can I communicate with the moss.”
