Links to an item by its database id, with its icon.
Using the id rather than the name matters: the game contains genuine duplicate names, and quality tiers of one item share a name. The id is unambiguous.
Usage
{{Item link|998}} -- icon + linked name
{{Item link|998|icon=no}} -- name only
{{Item link|12|kind=weapon}}
