Template:Item index/doc

A sortable table of every player-facing item in a category.

Usage

{{Item index|food}}
{{Item index|domain=Weapons}}
{{Item index|domain=Armor|slot=Head}}

This replaces the hand-maintained item tables. Those tables cannot keep up with the game data and had already drifted out of date.

Equipment comparison tables

Weapons and all armor slot lists share these 15 base columns:

Item, Lv, HP, MP, ATK, DEF, MAT, MDF, AGI, LUK, Hit, Crit, REC, Other modifiers and effects, Source.

Weapons additionally have a centered, sortable Element column between REC and Other modifiers and effects, giving weapon tables 16 columns. It displays the attack element, including Normal, separately from other modifiers. Armor tables retain 15 columns.
The description appears directly beneath the linked item name. Core stat columns show flat bonuses. Hit and Crit show Hit Rate and Critical Rate modifiers; REC shows Recovery Effect. Percentage bonuses to core stats and rarer modifiers appear in Other modifiers and effects, alongside special abilities and restrictions.
All dedicated stat columns sort numerically. An em dash (—) means no modifier and sorts as zero change. The Item column sorts by name, independently of its description. The initial order is item level, then name. Tables scroll horizontally when needed.
Use domain=Weapons or domain=Armor for equipment. Add slot=Head, slot=Top, or another equipment slot to show its focused list. Ordinary item-category lists retain their existing layout.
