- Old God shrine — Initial conversation
- “*Gurgle Gurgle*”
- “Tell me... do you fear the deep?”
- “Deep down... the leviathan waits.”
- “The air is... so dry... up here...”
- “So large, but so elegant...”
- “Our master is the ocean floor itself.”
- “Shifting about, so slowly...”
- “Turning in his sleep...”
- “When the deep becomes dark... somehow... we can see him...”
- “Say, did you know?”
- “Once upon a time, a great being crashed down from the stars.”
- “It crashed into the endless ocean of the world, and settled at the bottom.”
- “The heat of the impact was so great, that it boiled the matter in the sea around it into new forms.”
- “These new forms became life, and so the denizens of the deep were born.”
- “Each one of the aquatic creatures inherited the likeness of their creator, in some form or another.”
- “Over generations, however, this likeness faded.”
- “Now, the descendants of the great Daeus have forgotten their parent.”
- “Those who remained in the sea still share the ancient likeness, but those on land stray further and further.”
- “At least... most do.”
- “Some chosen few can still hear the voice of the great Daeus, calling to them, in dreams.”
- “Echoing through their minds, a voice from the deep, dark sea.”
- “The voice of the great leviathan. Our father. Husband to the sea.”
- “Though the call is faint, those who hear it can return to him, if they believe.”
- “Down there in the deep, we will reunite as the true family.”
- “We will be there to greet father, us dutiful children, when he wakes.”
